Coach Fitness

Fitness is the 4 wheels driving you forward in your life journey.

Living in one of the world’s fastest pace city, people I have encountered in gym mostly are disappointed with body shape and asking for exercise program for fitter and healthier body. After many years of personal training since 2000, it is more effective to see fitness in multi-dimensions. Our body is the function of different systems —respiration, circulation, digestion and the nervous system that working interdependently. Any dysfunction in an area will kick off a chain reaction that acts on our body physically and emotionally. In training we are addressing physical issues in priority but at the same time taking cognitive and emotional aspects into account. The stress we put on all the systems determine how well they function and communicate with each other and changing how we feel about our life. Long-term sustainability of health is best achieved with a balanced approach that includes four components as stated below.

4 WHEELS OF FITNESS

  1. Physical activity. Moderate daily activity plus regular workouts. It means living a more active lifestyle that includes moving more throughout the day and appropriate doses of exercise.
  2. Nutrition. Human bodies are made from food so they can’t be maintained with just medicine. It means that eating balanced meals with nutrition-densed food to nourish our body.
  3. Weight Management. To maintain an appropriate weight throughout the lifespan is to reduce the risk of chronicle diseases and to allow you to move pain free and not easily fatigue.
  4. Mental Health. Brain fitness is as important as physically fit. Better stress management and positive thinking improves quality of sleep and help to overcome the hurdles of your life.
