如何利用網球舒鬆小腿

網球是我最愛的按摩小工具,跑步後、邊看電視邊用來舒鬆肌肉,大面積的部位用foam roller當然較快捷,但小有小的好處,小球輕巧隨時用得到,按於小面積及凹凸部位例如肩胛、腳底更到位,今次先示範如何用網球按壓小腿。
