正宗印度咖喱

向印度朋友討教,學習正宗印度咖喱,多種香料及調味粉就能色香味俱全,伴飯或配麵包皆可。先落大量薑蓉、蒜蓉、洋葱粒,慢慢炒香,最後煮到溶解,下芫荽籽粉、紅椒粉、辣椒葉和水,加入攪拌新鮮蕃茄和杏仁成醬,再加乳酪,醬汁質地自然變得濃稠,就成了基本的咖喱配方,食材可用雞、海鮮,是一道開胃健康的菜式。

另外,印度飲食多吃蔬菜,尤其是扁豆、碗豆,以後多了素菜的食譜可選擇。
