多用香草提味

出外飲食常因落過多精製調味料而不健康,食材夠新鮮不必落重調味,品嘗原本酸甜咸味,再運用香草倍增鮮度,一道清爽低熱量的沙律,簡單用橄欖油、黑醋、紅酒醋或檸檬汁,最後加蕃荽,混和其他雜菜吃起來更香。
