鮮製南瓜湯圓

中秋湯圓

中秋食月餅之外,還有湯圓應節,這不是超市包裝湯圓,是採用南瓜肉鮮製而成。

把南瓜去皮切細件隔水蒸熟,搗爛成南瓜蓉,與同等份量糯米粉混合,搓成粉團,挑出月餅的蓮蓉做湯圓餡,另一些不加餡,粒粒橙色湯圓完成。過程中沒添加糖,所以選擇甜度較高的日本南瓜。

蓮蓉餡配糖水吃,將剩下的南瓜蓉造湯,跟沒餡的湯圓一起吃,啖啖南瓜鮮甜味更濃。
